It came broken sadly, one of the keycaps snapped and the lights don't turn on. Please may I talk with you about it? I don't want to cause an issue, just give you a heads up in case it was a problem with the delivery service you use.

Hello! I am interested in buying pins from your store however I am in the UK and everytime i go to buy pins and put in shipping details, it won't let me select any shipping options. Is delivery to the UK unavailable?
