The shepherds pleaded to the first people they set their eyes on. There's just no way Prometheus has it in his heart to refuse assistance, so of course, he's already in.
"Don't worry. I know a thing or two about dragons." It's reassuring enough for the poor people who are powerless against the dragons' terror.
Still, Prometheus could use extra help and the lady beside him just might be able to be the help he needs!
"I see, so I return to this place again. I suppose a brief vacation would be in order...but I can't help but stress because my sons are all idiots."
