106 Calorie Strawberry Muffin 😋
This Vegan Paleo Freezer Fudge is a tasty dessert that won't make you feel bad. It's great for people on a vegan or paleo diet because it's made with healthy ingredients. Because it has coconut oil, almond butter, and raw cacao powder, it is rich and creamy. You can feel good about giving in to this sweet treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., walnuts or almonds. 1 tsp vanilla extract. A pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the almond butter and coconut oil. Take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and raw cacao powder until everything is well mixed. Add the chopped nuts and shredded coconut and mix them in. To taste, add a pinch of sea salt. Put the mix into a square baking dish that has been lined with foil and spread it out evenly. Freeze the dish for at least an hour, or until the fudge is hard. Cut the fudge into squares or bars after it has set. The Vegan Paleo Freezer Fudge should be kept in the freezer in a container that won't let air in. As a tasty treat, eat them straight from the freezer!

Indulge in a guilt-free afternoon snack with these protein-packed cookies and aromatic chai milk. The cookies are made with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond flour, and vegan protein powder, while the chai milk provides a comforting blend of spices. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweetness and warmth, ideal for satisfying those midday cravings.
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup vegan protein powder. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Pinch of salt. 2 chai tea bags. 2 cups almond milk. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 1/4 tsp ground cardamom. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional, adjust to taste. 1-2 shots of espresso or strong coffee optional, for added caffeine.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Rolling oats, almond flour, vegan protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a different bowl until everything is well mixed. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together until a dough forms. Place dough balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers or a fork to flatten each cookie. It should be baked for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Warm up 2 cups of almond milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat while the cookies are baking. Put in the chai tea bags and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Take out the tea bags and add the ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. If you want, stir in maple syrup. Add espresso or strong coffee to give it more of a kick. Pour chai milk into mugs and serve with protein cookies that have just been baked.
