{ In the Witch's garden}
~ Felix moved closer, when he suddenly noticed something crawling towards her and disappearing among the dense grass. "Watch out!", he grabbed Alice's hand without a second thought that was fumbling on the ground, bringing the girl to him.
The blonde felt her body lift for seconds and then lie down softly on an arm and from where her eyes were lost in the earth, they saw the clear sky and then a part of it that had become two blue spheres. Surprised, she looked at him, his eyes read her face, to understand if she was okay, if what she had seen had done her harm. Her cheeks felt like they had matched in color with one of the plants in the garden, or like the vines had ended up having the color of wine.
“I’m okay,” she managed to tell him, wondering how much strength it took to get up from the ground so easily.
“Sorry if I scared you, but I saw a snake crawling through the grass,” the young man apologized cutely, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. “I’m glad you’re okay,” he breathed out in relief, he may have acted instinctively but fortunately just in time. ~
