Cravings
@beef-brisket
Lucifer couldn't explain it, but he's been..... Wanting to eat some weird things lately.
Like, not just pickles and ice cream stuffed into a croissant, but also things like dirt and chewing on a tin can like it's bubble gum.
It was strange and he's never wanted to eat like this before.
Charlie walked into the kitchen and saw her dad slumped over a little bit sprinkling...... Dirt onto coffee cake?
Charlie: Ummm....? Whatcha doing there?
Lucifer: Oh, hey there duckie. I'm not sure, but I'm liking the crunch.
She wrinkled her nose when he took a big bite and practically melted as if it were the most delicious thing in the world. Which she knew that it couldn't be because it was fucking dirt.
Charlie: Why are you eating dirt?
Luicfer's chewing slowed: I'm not sure. My eating habits have changed over the last...... Three weeks? Yeah, I'm not sure why. I haven't even eaten pancakes since then.
Now that had Charlie's attention, her father was a pancake man and the fact he hasn't made any was strange in itself.
Charlie: Maybe go see aunt Bel, she might be able to tell you something.
The King groaned, as much as he enjoyed his sister's company he didn't fancy going to the doctors. This was just a phase and would pass!!
....... But the dirt eating was weird.
Lucifer: Okay fine, it can't hurt.
Charlie smiled and gave him a hug before sending him on his way, she didn't want to hurt his feelings but the bad eating habits might start to rub off on her guests and she can't have that.
If they're okay doing coke off a toilet seat who knows what they'll be okay with eating.

Lucifer sat there and waited for Bel to come back with his results, swinging his feet off the end of the patient seat trying to avoid the temptation of opening the window and grabbing a fistful of dirt.
His mouth watered just thinking of it.
Bel smiled as she came in: Okay! So, the dirt and other cravings are known as Pika an eating disorder that makes you crave things that you should never eat, like dirt and glass.
Lucifer: Okay...... But why?
Bel: Well, according to your blood test you're pregnant.
