A blizzard warning for southern Louisiana!!!Never have I seen a blizzard warning for Louisiana. Even Bourbon St is having snow this morning. The snow along the Gulf coast will accumulate over 4 inches and that snow will even go up the Carolinas coast. Very cold weather will continue to cover much of the East.
