Ranking my selfships by how comforting cuddling with them is:
Mr. Wolf: I imagine he'd be very clingy but really subtle with it through his charm. His voice would be deep and smooth like honey as he whispers while we sleep. He'd be soft to the touch with his arms wrapped around me. Overall 8/10
Stanton: Physical touch is his love language, and loves close contact a lot. He would not want to let me go easily and I don't care. He's tall as hell and I'd find extra comfort in having a very tall man cuddling with me (coughs in 5'10). His fur is short and velvety, so it feels like hugging a carpet. He's extra comforting and more consoling than Wolf though. His hair would also be in the way but I imagine its like luxurious. Overall 9/10.
Gummigoo: Very secure but he's also made of candy, so he's really sticky and I wouldn't feel exactly comfortable with that. His voice is really deep and warm so that's a plus. Overall 7/10
