And when I said someone should do a chart, I of course meant I would spend an hour obsessively arranging mainline, main character Gundams (rebuilds excluded) on a spectrum from 'The RX-78 but different' to 'Hit the mecha randomiser!'

If your favourite is not on here, it's because there are roughly fourteen bazillion spin-off Gundams at this point and I need to make dinner.
