That’s not Nu-13, it’s Alpha-01. She’s a concept Mori’s played around with in the past.

Alpha’s hair is whiter and her left eye is green, not red. The entire color scheme is also Nu’s, not Alpha’s. I think it is pretty clearly Nu redesigned for that “Dark War Alternative” thing like a few other characters were.
