【 ガンプラ Sentimental Factory 018:グフ】

MS-07B GOUF （HGUC）

ファーストガンダムにおいてオールドタイプ最強、青い巨星ランバ・ラルの搭乗機として登場。なんと35歳という。。体系からしたら50歳は近いように思っていたけど、だいぶ若い。そして金髪の愛人？ハモンさんを連れてザンジバルで地球に降りてきてホワイトベースと遭遇戦。子供たちばかりのホワイトベースに比べて、ベテラン感がかっこよかった。 シャアが左遷中に現れたアムロのライバル。「ザクとは違うのだよ、ザクとは！」というとおりシャアザクよりもガンダムを追い込む。ビームを上半身をスウェイさせるだけでよけたり、砂の中にもぐったり（この時はセイラさんがガンダム乗ってたけど）、そしてガンダムとの一騎打ち、辛くも負けてしまうが「見事だな！しかし小僧、自分の力で勝ったのではないぞ。そのモビルスーツの性能のおかげだという事を忘れるな！」と負け惜しみ、、いや、小僧を叱咤激励してみたりするのでした。 家出したアムロとソドンの街の食堂で出会うところは名場面ですね。 マクベの意地悪でドムが来るはずがザク一機しか補充されなくたって「この風！この肌触りこそ戦争よ！」と最後はゲリラ戦だよ、生身だよ。しかし「戦いの中で戦いを忘れてしまう。アルテイシアさま、なぜここに？？！！ 「君達は立派に戦ってきた。だが、兵士の定めがどういうものか良く見ておくのだな。」と手榴弾を抱え第二ブリッジから飛び降りたラル。少年たちは戦争とはなんぞやを学んでいくのだな。

しかい名言多い！！

グフはこの後量産機として登場、ザク先輩ほどではないにせよ少々やられやくに。やっぱりラルが乗っていたから強かったんだね。
