I had bought a head from Guppywoo a while back. I contacted them a couple times about it in which they would say they were going to the post office soon. Then they said they had already shipped it and I should've gotten it by now. I really didn't know what to do so I just gave up. I recently saw a picture they posted of their current doll family, and there I saw the head I had purchased that had "gotten lost in the mail"
