Gujiya: Dumplings stuffed with nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts), semolina, coconut, and milk solids, deep fried, and coated in sugar and saffron syrup.
Gur laddoo: Fudge balls made of palm jaggery, nuts, coconut, and condensed milk.
Ram laddoo: Savory, deep fried lentils balls (moong dal, skinned black gram, split Bengal gram) served with tamarind and green chutney.
