ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰੇ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਇਹ ਭਾਰੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ‘ਚ ਮੂਲ ਬਰਤਾਨਵੀ ਬੇਘਰੇ ਤੇ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਖਿੱਚ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਉਹ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਹ ਬਾਬੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਚਲਾਈ ‘ਲੰਗਰ ਪ੍ਰਥਾ’ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਥਕਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
