Sorry for not being around much lately, I’ve been thinking about uh, dragons. Specifically the ones in my headworld. Here’s a diagram of how their wings work compared to other animals. This dragon is a nomadic dragon, the same species as Aaven (I’m not completely 100% on the anatomy yet but the wings should definitely be longer than they are here oops), all the species & genera of dragons in Gurranlore have this basic getup.

some more scruffy notes about dragons. I debated whether to give them pinnae or not (my dragons are non-mammalian synapsids) but I think they’re staying just cause I like how they look
