Pikwik Pack Has Been Delayed To Q1 2021 On Disney Junior As New Merch Partners Get Announced
Guru Studio has appointed New York-based Licensing Street as its exclusive licensing agent for its newest preschool series “Pikwik Pack.” The 2D animated series is set to air on Disney Junior in the U.S. in Q1 2021.
“We’re delighted to have been selected by Guru Studio to join the ‘Pikwik’ team and look forward to developing new licensing partnerships that translate the show’s charm and content-based lessons, like critical thinking and discovery, into appealing products that kids will love,” says Jason Korfine, partner, Licensing Street.
With Playmates Toys as global master toy partner already on board and Scholastic handling U.S. publishing, Licensing Street will represent the brand in the U.S. across all consumer products including apparel, home, accessories, party decorations, games and live events, and will continue to develop a licensing program that reflects the brand.
“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Licensing Street who have an incredible track record of building successful licensing programs in the preschool space,” says Jonathan Abraham, vice president, sales and business development, Guru Studio. “Licensing Street brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the table and we are excited for them to lead our licensing program in the U.S.”

Guru Studio...
You know what happens when you cancel the cartoon adaptation of Ever After High?
Guru Studio...
My sentiments exactly.
TIFF
Well the TIFF premiere of "The Breadwinner" has come and gone and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out :) really an amazing experience working with Cartoon Saloon and Guru Studio over the last year and a bit. I hope you all get to see it this winter when it hits theaters! (at Toronto, Ontario)
