The Finns love their Swedish monarchy documentaries don't they. I'm set for days.

I'm okay with this. More than that, I have a new history crush: king Gustaf III, who sat on the roadside bantering with his soldiers and eating with them while other monarchs around the world tried not to get assassinated because they were jerks. The English one had already been executed, I think. I'm not sure.

"Who would not gladly give his life for such a king?" That line from a random documentary just gave me the feels and those feels mix wit GoT feels and all other feels that there are and I'm sorry I should have gone to sleep ages ago but Gustaf III

It's weird when you finish watching a documentary and you feel like you just came back from 18th century and have been fighting in a war with other bearded warriors and in this era everybody is talking about how wind blows up a woman's skirt while she carries a child. It's confusing.

But I feel for the Duchess. I've been there and you can't exactly drop the child to cover your modesty can you no you can't. Priorities.
