[ WOUND ]: upon noticing a recent injury on the receiver’s person, the sender carefully moves closer, running a thumb (or hand) across the wound in a gentle, troubled manner. (Rose to Guy)
"Rose. Everything okay?" he spoke when he heard the door go behind him, that and he was sure by now he truly... recognised her by the sound of her footsteps. This happened, sometimes his efforts to help supernatural creatures went wrong and this was one of this times. No bites, no claw marks but he'd taken a fall and humans were delicate, he'd cut himself on a fence, a wound across his stomach. He was slumped on his couch, bottle of whisky on one side and a first aid kid on the other. It wasn't anything major, he'd not die but that wasn't to ay it didn't look painful. He'd need a couple of stitches but of course, he was a firm believer in just doing it himself and half the time anything like this happened, he did just struggle himself and get through it. Grit his teeth and bare it.
"Sorry, that uh.. well sorry for being topless." he huffed a bit of amusement. "Sorry that you're seeing me like this, long night." he tried to explain as he hissed, muscles flexing at the stinging wound he was trying to clean. Then, he noticed how she was before him and he was.. a little dumbfounded by it. Most people didn't come close enough to inspect a wound but he watched her hand inch out and her fingers brush near the wound. "I'll be fine." Guy actually spoke softer, sweeter. He knew right away that he didn't like seeing her worry for him. "I'm okay."
