it’s really funny how in the first 3 episodes of torchwood jack and gwen heavily flirt and have really thick romantic tension but from episode 4 on it immediately pivots to jack/ianto and gwen/owen.

it’s like the writers decided it wasn’t working out and found new ships to explore.
