Ianto would do anything for those he loves, his heart fierce and unwavering; Jack wants desperately to take, to accept all that he is - but will fate allow it, finally, just this once, or will it give Jack only another broken mistake?

for like fifteen seconds i had a really funny idea of what if Jack and Ianto also faked a civil partnership for their fake identities in Serenity. Including fake weeding pictures with Tosh, Owen and Gwen as their guests/witnesses. And then i remembered their convo in Serenity about a normal live and thought about how Jack feels about weddings and marriage in Something Borrowed. And of course the idea of post CoE Jack traveling around with a fake wedding picture of them with their friends looking so happy and Gwen with a whole album full of pictures like that and i got really sad.
