i know right?? hm maybe try reducing the # of frames, lower the contrast or vibrance if you used them, darken the colours, or just make it b&w if that helps idk

thank you!! I got it to work... I tried all that and it wouldn't work cuz apparently 450px is too big? I resized it to 400px and it worked -.-

error uploading photo is the bane of my existence. these gifs i’m currently working on won’t upload even though i didn’t enhance any colour. and only 1 mb and 50 frames. still nothing?? no idea why it still won’t upload but it’s killing me

resize it to 400px, sometimes that helps. idk whats tumblr problem bc sometimes i can upload 1mb+ gifs and sometimes i cant, sometimes i can upload gifs with 95 frames and sometimes it wont upload a 30 frames one... it would realy help if tumblr showed WHY the gif wont upload

That happened to me last night. I ended up having to size it down to 400 pixels for each GIF, then adding on 50 pixels to each side of the GIFs of just nothing so Tumblr wouldn’t resize them to 500 pixels.

wtf tumblr, the gif is still 500px @.@
