These three yokai are from the Harikikigaki, a 16th century medical book of 63 parasitic yokai believed cause various aliments from inside the body. 

Mimimushi causes its host pain as it slithers from their ear to their heart. It also gives its host cravings for cold foods, an aversion to hot foods, and a swollen belly.

The kitai is a grumpy, slow-moving yokai that lives in the uterus and passes its stress onto its host creating bouts of hysteria.

The gyochu is a sexually transmitted yokai that lives in the sex organs and tells the king of hell all the naughty things its host has been doing.
