Yeah! Pretty sure it says "Anne" cause of the two Ns. Who knows for sure cause he had that ring on.

That was other people's guess but the letter on his middle finger doesn't look like an N.

And I have a hard time thinking he'd get his mom's name tattooed on his fingers when he's said his mom asked him not to get anymore tattoos on his hands. 

Again, who knows.

I have a theory that his knuckles are in sharpie and he did that to test out if he would really want that tattoo... Maybe.

I saw people saying it looked like it said "PAYNE" which would mean Liam was probably drawing on him.
