We would like to invite you to pray for the H8SIN team and others that will be going to San Carlos Arizona to the San Carlos Apache Reservation on a missions trip. The trip is a building trip, which means that we will be on the reservation site to help build a home for a family that is in need. Our trip is being facilitated by Amor ministries and Faith Community Church of the Antelope Valley. This is a huge deal for us because we started this campaign with a heart for missions and God has blessed us with ...the opportunity to serve him in this capacity. Our team will travel to San Carlos Arizona by carpool and remain there for six days, during this time we will serve the Apache people, we are bringing no power tools because we want to show the people that they too can do the same type of labor we are doing to build shelter for themselves. Our mission is to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way and we will also look to build relationships and foster an environment where the gospel can be shared. If we have the opportunity we will attempt to minister to the children by way of introducing a vacation bible school type atmosphere. Lots of things are unknown, like what exact part of the home will our team be assigned to building or if children will be present, but what is know n is greater. We know the God uses the broken things of the world to shame the wise and we know that we are but broken vessels and we're surrendering to Gods word and going to the Apache people to show them who the true and living God is. We invite you to pray for us and them who we will encounter. Specifically please pray that the missions team will be in humble unity. Unified for the sake of the gospel and please pray for the hearts of all the people we talk to and share Jesus with. If you would like to participate in our fundraiser we invite you to do that too. The funds are being used to pay for the gas, food and building materials that are used for the home that is being built. There is no lodging cost for us since we will be sleeping in tents on the reservation campground. Thank you!! H8SIN Team!
