Week 1 First Day In The Kitchen
Today was the first of many two hour classes to come where we stand up the entire time. Luckily I’ve been training for this by working as a hostess over the past summer and winter break. We were told so much information about the kitchen and what to do in multiple situations. We also toured the kitchen where I was the victim of “fainting in the back room from eating something i shouldn't have eaten.” Smh, i should’ve known better.
