I kind of feel like HABP needs a new name. But I don’t know what. I feel like Hearing Aid Batteries Please is wayyy, too long, but at the time I couldn’t think of anything else.
Clearly, not much has changed.
Any ideas? Or should I keep it?

IMAGE DESCRIPTION: Hello, HABP supporters! We considering creating a monthly subscription for batteries. This would mean we automatically ship out batteries every three to six months (without delaying) for subscribers who sign up for it for 10USD (7GBP/13CAD) — 15USD (12GBP/20CAD) a year. You would be charged immediately upon signing up and will only pay the fee once a year, falling on the anniversary of your sign up. Is this something you would consider signing up for? Don't worry, HABP will still be free to those who need it! This is something for those who want to receive their batteries faster without ordering constantly and waiting for their order to process. Let us know your thoughts!
Hello! HABP is in the works of making a video! If you have received batteries from us and are comfortable, please send me a video of your city! It doesn't have to be with a fancy camera! It can be shot with your phone. You don't have to show the street you live on, but you do have to show a sign that says, "Welcome to ..." You can show the popular views in your city, or simply drive through and film where you are driving. I hope that made sense! You do not have to be in it, however if you decide to voice over it, I will need a transcript with it. Must be a minute or less long. Please do this safely, don't film and drive! Have someone else drive for you while you film! Send to [email protected]
FDA approves Recarbrio for HABP/VABP
The FDA approved Recarbrio (a combination of imipenem-cilastatin and relebactam) to treat hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia (HABP/VABP) in patients 18 years of age and older. Recarbrio was previously FDA-approved to treat patients with complicated urinary tract infections and complicated intra-abdominal infections who have limited or no alternative treatment options.

If you order through HABP, you need to check your email more often and respond to the emails I send. I cannot help you if you do not answer. Do not just shoot me an email and then not answer when I email you back, and then send me an email about why you have not received what you ordered, why you haven’t gotten it yet, etc.
Communication is key.
I cannot help you if you do not communicate. You never got your package? I’ll send you another. You ordered batteries but didn’t leave your size? Email me IMMEDIATELY.
There have been series of people who have been trying to take advantage of HABP. Whether you have ordered before or this is your first time, EVERYONE goes through the security process. This takes anywhere from a couple of days to a week or two if something that alerts security pops up.
Secondly, trying to take advantage of HABP is stealing. You are stealing from people who need help in the future because if you succeed, other people may not be able to get batteries. Don’t be greedy. HABP is meant to be free, not meant to take advantage of. HABP wants to remain free, so the security process is completely necessary. If this continues, HABP may be forced to start charging for batteries. We don’t want that to happen!
After going through all my HABP emails from while I was under bereavement, I am baffled at the amount of people who have failed the security process. Meaning there are a lot of people who are trying to take advantage of HABP. Please, do not take advantage of a project meant to help those who are under financial stress and cannot afford their batteries. HABP is meant to be free. HABP will stay free if I can help it. Anyone caught attempting to take advantage of HABP will be banned and prevented from ordering in the future. I do not want to start charging people for batteries. So in the future, please don't try to scam me.
Hello, everyone.
Upon learning that my last Dad passed away this morning, I’d like to let everyone know that HABP will be undergoing haitus for the rest of the week to take time to mourn. As far as those of you who have ordered and are currently under processing, you will receive your batteries this week if you have been cleared. Anyone who orders after today or any time this week will not be read or processed until after 10/9. I’d like to take the time to mourn and brace myself to see my Dad in a casket and bury him.
Thank you for understanding.
Hello, everyone!
You would think that since I was a former Graphic Design major, I wouldn’t have this problem, but unfortunately, I do!
I need a logo for HABP, but I can’t come up with one!
This logo will be used on the HABP website, it will be printed out and shipped with every order. I need it to be deaf related, simple, and definitely has to have “HABP” in it.
If you are interested, please, shoot me an email at [email protected]!
Reblogs are dearly appreciated!
