Our local district psycho decorates wastebins and other possible carriers with this cryptic signs and writings. He does so quiet good, a lot of people allready brooded about possible meanings of these "secret " messages. From Aliens to formulas, numerology, kind of meaningful hackerslang and weirdly changed dramatic words (Zweilicht is Twilight, but changed to "twolight") there's everything in it, blended with some hints to conspiracy theories. In his way (yes, it s a man, with a very random raver hairstyle over very restless eyes) a truly his 21.century reflecting artist.
