Bio: David Harper is a rebel. He does not have a determined direction; he goes where the wind takes him. It’s easy to find him crashing at his sister or twin brother’s house after some crazy night in san myshuno. He will settle eventually, just not sure when. Right now he still lives at his parents’ house in Britechester and after much parental pressure he finally got a part-time job as barista. He loves a good laugh and a bit of mischief to color our lives. He is a geek for video games and he might indulge in some hacking as well.

Edmund grew up in Brindleton Bay as a younger twin and the second of three children. Growing up, Edmund always had a creative, free-thinking spirit, and they gravitated naturally to plants and nature. Having strict parents, spending time on his own outside was sometimes the only way Edmund could escape expectations at home.

At eighteen, Edmund cut ties with his parents and attended school at the University of San Myshuno. While at college, Edmund was able to come to terms with their gender and sexuality, and finally came out as bi and genderqueer.

Now, Edmund works as a botanist in the city. In many ways, their life is perfect, but he knows deep down something is missing. So, on a whim to see the world and perhaps find love along the way, Edmund signed up for Hadrian's Bachelor!

The question now remains, will this lonely gardener find his true match?

(Fun fact: Edmund is actually the founder of one of my decades challenges! Unfortunately it's one that I have not shared, but trust me when I say he was the absolute best)

But after finishing an English degree and his manuscript being rejected by every major publishing house, he decided to publish his work as an indie author under the pseudonym “R. B. Bio: Robin was born and raised in Strangerville by a military family. His father retired as a covert operator, his mother is a grand marshal, and his sister is a lacking corporal. The only person he truly felt safe with was his grandparents. His grandma taught him to knit and cross-stitch while his grandpa taught him to bake making the best cannoli's. 

Robin wanted to make his family proud so followed the same path. While a raw recruit, he realized this wasn’t the life for him and he wanted to come out as gay. The first person he told was at his grandmother’s grave. After revealing it to her, he told his grandpa, who fully accepted him. Feeling confident, he told the rest of his family. His sister and mother quickly dismissed him and his feelings. His father still to this day is confused and can’t accept it. He reaches out time to time to see how Robin is doing.

When his grandfather died, he was inherited his money and gypsy wagon he lives in. Now he spends his days sitting in front of the fireplace knitting, cross-stitching, and baking his cannoli’s. It seems the perfect life but something is still missing.

He found Hadrian’s BC and was immediately drawn to him on his sense of fashion, travel, and his involvement with his niece and nephew. The wagon is too quiet and he wishes to fill it. His life is too quiet and he wishes to fill it with adventure and that special someone.

Colby Cordova for @indigoelfinspirit​‘s Hadrian!

Colby doesn’t look like your typical engineer, but what can he say? He’s always liked color! Between work and his hobbies, he’s had much time for romance. But ever since he turned 30, he can’t help thinking about how nice it’d be to have a partner to share his life with. He finally broke down and asked his friends for help, but rather than taking him to a club or setting up a blind date, they decided to throw him into the deep end and signed him up for Hadrian’s BC!

Colby was born and raised in Windenburg. He gets along well with his parents and his younger sister. However she moved to Selvadora after graduating college and his parents just recently retired to Sulani. He misses them all terribly which may be one of the reasons he’s thinking of settling down.

Colby doesn’t know much about Bachelor’s challenges and was alarmed when he heard his friends signed him up for one! But after seeing Hadrian’s photo, he’s been feeling a lot better about the whole thing. A shot at happiness with Hadrian has to be worth the potential embarrassment of being rejected on live TV... Right?

Kellar "Kelly" Iona for @indigoelfinspirit's Hadrian's BC!

Kelly is a kindergarten teacher in Sulani, having never left the island. He began dating a girl, Mackenzie, in high school at the suggestion of one of his friends. They went to the same college where he majored in Early Childhood Education and she majored in Finance. They got engaged junior year with plans to marry after Mackenzie graduated.

All this time, Kelly hadn't had sex with anyone, not realizing sexual attraction was a real thing meant exactly as described by people who experience it. The night they both got their bachelors was their first time together, and last (so far) for Kelly. Realizing only after the deed was done that his love for her was purely platonic. At the time, she understandably did not take this revelation well and got angry with him.

Therapy and research on Kelly's part lead to him discovering asexuality, and that he was homoromantic. Mackenzie and Kelly split rather amicably, which was good because not long after, Mackenzie discovered she was pregnant.

As Mackenzie is an international runway and fashion model, she has to to travel a lot and so when they decided to have her, Kelly accepted full custody.

Getting his masters with a new baby wasn't easy, but with understanding professors and a lot of help from his older brother and sister-in-law, he managed to get his degree.

Now 24, he's looking to find Mr. Right, but auditioning wasn't his idea! Mackenzie was the one who pointed him at Hadrian's BC, arguing that if nothing else, it'd be full of other handsome men to make friends with and maybe date.

Kelly's very aware he's a bit young, but hopes that his experience as a father has matured him enough that Hadrian isn't put off by it.

About 18 months ago I started a Bachelor Challenge, but do to life circumstances I was unable to finish posting it. Everything, but the final scenes had been shot - I just didn't have the time to sit down and fuss with uploading (the internet at my last place was that bad and did not get along with tumblr). I remain entirely in love with Hadrian and his suitors so it wasn't so much a matter of if I would finish posting it, but when. So starting tonight I will begin posting what remained of the challenge in hopes that I can finish shooting the finale when I have some free time over the holidays.

The posts will be slightly more abbreviated then they were the first time. The unfortunate reality of the situation is while I have the pictures I can't necessarily remember all the antics.

I do, however, know the most important detail still - who won.
