#tbt to HA training and the great group of people I get to work with the rest of the year (and see tonight!!) Putting the fun in dysfunctional since about 3 weeks ago~
Training was a blast as per usual!! I have a Husky Pack this year (with @northeastern-alexishester !!) and they are the cherry best!! Shout out to the SLC, the HDMs, and all our tour guides for making today great! Also thanks for all the compliments on the husky pants, I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves them. Enjoy the series of "Deirdre takes a selfie with so many people and she ends up awkwardly being the only one in focus" Also I have a selfie face, clearly.
CALLING ALL NORTHEASTERN STUDENTS!! Today is the last day to apply to Husky Ambassadors for the fall semester!! It's only one application* away on orgsync and you get to be part of one of the friendliest and coolest families here at Northeastern. I'm so happy that I found my home in this club and it has helped me in countless ways I can't even describe (actually helped me with coop, who knew!) Give tours, build connections, hang with some cool people, and get a chance to do cool events with said cool people. Apply apply apply!!!! *there is no walking backwards test on the application
HA gala was a blast last night! I'm so proud of my PC fam for pulling all of this off, you guys are the best. Gala is about food, friends, dancing, and finding out how much I've grown in this community and I'm always in love. From the dys(fun)ctional PC, to the Mingler love, to Kyle and myself accidentally coordinating, Husky Ambassadors are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet at Northeastern! If you're coming here in the fall, check us out, you won't be disappointed. Who knows, maybe someday you'll be on the 17th floor partying with us too! 🐾
SUCH an incredible experience in these past 12 hours. I am so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful community and have so many wonderful friends that I can be myself around and have fun with.
We send a thank you out to anyone who donated; as a university we raised a quarter of a million dollars for the American Cancer Society.
Fucking can't wait to do it again next year.
