After a pleasant sleep, Chloe was the first to wake up. She stretched her limbs and gave her ears a good shake, before looking down at the little rat curled up against her. She wouldn't dare disturb the poor thing, Foofie had clearly been through a lot. So she laid back down and patiently waited for it to wake up.

Foofie was still sleeping, it looked peaceful for once. When Chloe shook her ears it began to stir awake
