Speaking of summer heat, how will the Knights deal in such a situation?
Dukemon: That’s a good question. Ideally, we don’t take missions when the temperature is really high, but as Royal Knights, we can’t always get to decide. There’ve been times that we’ve had to take missions in the Claw and Anode Deserts. Not exactly a great time, traipsing around in full plate armour. Let’s just say that I pretty much got roasted alive under all that metal. I was pretty much pouring sweat out of my helmet by the end, but, hey, it’s a tough job being a Royal Knight.
Magnamon: If we’re off-duty around the castle and it’s really hot out, we typically just won’t wear our armour. Instead, we’d just wear a light layer of clothing. If the temperatures are really hot and we don’t have many tasks, we might use our pool to cool off.
UlforceVeedramon: I don’t know why you’d need to anyways, Magna-chan. Your armour is already pretty skimpy. It’s worse for us Knights who have both armour and a body suit as part of our get up. It makes for some sweaty fighting in the heat.
Magnamon: My armour isn’t skimpy, it’s aerodynamic. v.v
UlforceVeedramon: Skimpy. What else do we do? Duftmon usually finds a shady spot underneath a tree. And sometimes we use Craniamon as a portable fan and Sleipmon as a portable freezer. That’s some quality air conditioning!
(Author’s update: It’s still going to be incredibly hot here for the next week. However, I’m going to post the next chapter in about a week and a half no matter what, since I don’t want to keep you all waiting much longer. Thanks for the patience!)
