maths homework

when it comes to maths, neither hanamaki nor matsukawa get anything done. makki usually just yells ‘what the fuck’ at each equation, until he just gives up and gets on his phone. mattsun, on the other hand, is very capable, but he’s too lazy and can’t be bothered to do any of it, so he doesn’t even open it in the first place.

they end up just sending stupid maths memes to each other from across the table and laughing too loud until a teacher, librarian, or iwaizumi shushes them.

Headcanon #44- Good Luck

Before games Kageyama will ruffle Hinata’s hair for good luck. No one really picks up on it, but it all started when Hinata was too nervous to even walk to the bathroom like usual. Kageyama ruffled his hair and said encouraging words, and ever since then Hinata associates ruffles with compliments.

“What are you, Pavlov’s dog?” -Tsukishima after catching on.

Kageyama continues to do it even after Hinata tells him he isn’t nervous anymore because it has become his own pre-game ritual. He feels like it clears both their minds so that nothing disturbs their “wavelength”. It hasn’t failed them yet.
