Hey anon! Sorry for the late response, but - I know Grecadea’s has a 4t2 hair conversion tutorial here! (It’s in 8 parts, but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page where the blog archive is, you can find the rest of the links.) My only quip is, I suggest using Cmar’s S4 CAS Tools instead of Sims4 Studio.
I find Cmar’s tool is easier to use and a little more lightweight than s4 Studio - and it also allows direct exports into milkshape or as an .obj file, which can also help limit some of the problems exporting from blender can cause (black spots, blocky meshes, sharp seams on clothes).
