-sometimes he just likes to be able to relax and not have to worry about a hyper partner
-it's especially nice when he's exhausted from his eventful day and he just snuggles up in bed with his favorite person, not having to worry about them being loud or getting bored
-it's just calming for him to be able to relax with his s/o, not having to talk or keep them occupied

-he also gets annoyed very easily, so if he were dating someone who was loud, he'd probably snap at them quite a bit
-he likes it to be quiet, so being able to sit down and read a book or something is just very relaxing to him
