     when  gio  stands  alone   it  feels  like  a  confrontation.   Without elia  doing the talking for him  ,  and  marti wrapping a protective  arm around his weighed shoulders in queue to leave the scene  ---- it feels like his feet are cemented down into the tiled floor.  luchino would save the stillness in the air  with  some  stupid  comment,   and  the  four  of them  would  leave  but  right  now,  it’s  just  gio  and  eleonora  in  the  hall   and he  wonders  what  could  have  warranted  this.   it’s  not  like  gio  was  weak  ,  but  people  needed  people  ,  and gio was hurt  by the things that transpired; he just  needed time  to  heal and that was on his own time. 

        “   I   don’t  know  where  eva  is   “  is the best  one he can use right now.  Eleonora was one of Eva’s  friends  but  considering  when he and eva dated,  one of the things he remembers is eva complaining that when they spent time together it was always GIO AND THE BOYS.  which was very fair,   but these were the things you  could  no  longer  fix  and y ou  wish you could go back.   he was happy she made new friends, but that didn’t mean they were     ---friends.       but  it  looks  like  she  was  here  for  him,  it was very obvious.

you look tired, giovanni. you need some rest.

 @halamente   /     ‘ you  look  tired,  giovanni,  you  need  some  rest  ‘   plays  the  audio on his phone,  and he can  hear  eleonora  loud  and  clear,  but  he  only  allows himself to smile  just  a bit,  before  thinking  about  what  he  can  say  next.  As  anyone  would come  to  learn  (  or  never at all )  it’s  that  ,  giovanni’s  heart  lives  in  four  exact  places  (  the  most,  aside  from  his  own.  )  it lives  in  elia,  martino  and  luche’ ———– most recently ,  it has made a home  in  eva,  too.  But that’s not what  this  was  about ,  because  two  of  his  best friends  were  fighting  with  one  another,   and he doesn’t know how  ele could have known that,  if she did,  or if she was just being nice like she always is. 

    “  scusi ,  but  I  do not  listen to  voicemails  from  my  exes  friends especially the ringleader, unless you’re asking for a duel  , group leader to group leader ?  “  there’s a poorly hidden laugh that makes it’s way into the recording, and then.  “  I’m  too  young  to sleep at a regular hour, but thank you. “    and it sends.
