OOC Background: Earthbound
In the Earthbound universe, Rider is at his youngest, and some might say purest. He's still in the last year of primary school and is one of the few kids gifted with PSI powers, which he has practiced to manifest into various elements, namely Fire, Ice and Thunder. He lacks the raw force commanded by the gal who finds him, Cynara, but his mastery of his chosen fields afford him an efficient and controlled use of his gifts, and he favors the use of a yo-yo with a razor sharp wire.
A quiet kid who often escaped during recess and lunch to practice his powers, Rider preferred to be alone and developed a habit of playing video games in his spare time. Though somewhat outgoing and upbeat beneath his shy surface, Rider doesn't mind the cold, and can be seen in his black jeans and collared sweatshirt wandering in the snow with fire glowing between his palms. He loves to explore and sometimes gets into trouble for it, but is always quick to apologize when he oversteps his bounds.
