"Here — I, uh, made you some tea,” the blonde offered with a tight-lipped smile, placing a warm mug next to Haley’s station. The two had been working together for a couple of months now and despite growing up in the same town, they’d never actually spent time together. Perhaps interacting at work didn’t exactly constitute as ‘hanging out’, but at least Helena was making an effort — something she didn’t do very often for those outside of her close relationships. “I didn’t know what kind you liked, so I just went with chamomile. I figure since there ain’t any caffeine, it wouldn’t make your hand start to shake or nothin’. I dunno ‘bout you but when I even have a sip of coffee I feel like I can’t stay steady.”
