I've just woken up here -

His blue eyes above me

Silent sobs.

Stuck, the most I can do

Begging that he take me home,

Take me anywhere,

Just don't leave me here.

Last night he did it again.

Searching for the car in the lot,

He got to it first and left.

Stuck in the dark

As the snow falls and builds,

Several miles from home.

At least this time I am alone.

Not crumpled on the floor

In a back room, sick,

Unconscious.

To later be found

By those God forsaken
