Another thing, judging by how his in-game model is, I doubt the guy showered. I mean, look at him?? His nails... and his hair. And lack of hygiene, but at the same time he got turned into a patient at Mount Massive 🤷🏻‍♀️

But for PreEngine, I always had a feeling that guy puts on lotion and smells alright. Cologne and all that, and tobacco. And for cologne probably something very musky, but fruity. He seems like a raspberry type of guy.
