   worry  has  seeped  through  her  cold  flesh,    weighing  on  her  porcelain  body  and  making  her  bones  ache.   colourless  eyes  trace   shapes  in  the  flooring  beneath  their  feet.   her  voice  is  meek  as  she  speaks,   and  she  tries  to  clear  her  throat  to  gain  volume  and  strength,  but  to  no  prevail.    “   what’s  going  to  happen  to  us  ?    to  the  downworld  ?  “
