It's midnight and I just started a movie. I have to wake up early tomorrow. Why do I do this to myself.
I just watched the finally of Parenthood I ugly sobbed for the last ten minutes I have so many emotions I'm not okay.
But what if all the insomniacs and night owls are actually supposed to be nocturnal??? And we just never realised it because society has always functioned as daylight dwellers. What if there is an actual gene that defines you as either nocturnal or daylight dweller. (What the heck is the scientific term for that??) What if we just broke off into a separate society of night dwellers. I will be the mayor who is in.

Three hours later in still sitting here in shock about everything that just happened
So tonight we were practicing a dance and our teacher said everyone needed to smile more (and said that I was the only one doing it) and then one of my friends said "but I can't be like her she's too good at being happy she's like a ray of sunshine" And it was like another moment that just made me so HAPPY because two years ago I was so sad and broken and miserable and I just, I dunno guys.
