I'm not going to constrict myself to becoming a strict vegan- I do cook vegan at home so that's fine for me. I want to at least have that choice and not feel like I'm going crazy without having a choice. I'm a person who has to have choices. So my advice is to just eat healthier then you are and incorporate more fruits and veggies into your meals. Simply just cook more, if you don't already! It's all about being positive and not constricting yourself, which makes you have the urge to cave even if you don't want to. So just take a deep breath and eat what makes you feel good. :) I want to have a choice when I go out with friends and if there is a buffet, I'm not going to ask them if it's vegan or not cause obviously it isn't if it's not a vegan restaurant. My thought is that animals are going to be used for food through out life. You can either choose to not participate or just enjoy when you do eat it. More veggies are better then none. So don't stress yourself out, it's not that huge of a deal unless your eating nothing but processed food. Veggies are what make my feel great which is why I cook all the time, Eating boxed foods are once in a while. When I do I buy Amy's Organic! The Thai Green Curry is the best and the cheese enchiladas! P.S. You will smell more pleasant! :D If your a fan of chocolate milk, (which I am not a fan of milk in general) Almond Breeze- chocolate milk is the best!
