I tried to write a poem about you today

So I haven't written poetry in a while Maybe it's because I've finally forgotten you Maybe your words weren't permanent enough For me Because I can actually listen to music Without dissecting the lyrics Looking for something that reminds me of you Or maybe your hugs weren't strong enough Because I can actually breathe And not feel a constant heaviness in my chest Maybe your smile wasn't as bright as I remember it was Because I no longer feel the burning sensation that I used to feel when you directed that smile to me I no longer cry over you There's not enough salt in the world To season my body of water I no longer think of you There isn't an image of your face Seared into the inside of my eyelids Anymore I no longer think of you There are no more memories In the safety vault I call brain I no longer write poems about you There aren't enough words for me to describe what I feel

A Pleasant Surprise

Last night I had Domino's for the first time in a while. I never really take adverts that seriously, but I have to comment. This pizza was almost halfway decent, some aspects being legitimately good. That is a huge improvement!

The crust has a nice texture and good seasoning. The red sauce is on point. However... The white sauce needs help, and the topics are still low quality.

But that is where the price comes in. It's cheap. So there you have it. At least they're trying to stay competitive.
