It's been one week since 17-year-old Bernardo Silva was picked by his mom from prison. On their way home, the mom lost touch with him and the two has not met since. It's been a week filled with anguish, pain and fear until we tracked Bernardo this evening. As we prepare to meet him tomorrow for lunch, our desire to provide a temporary safe haven before the boys reintegrate into the community, keeps growing stronger.
