Jayeddie high school au 👀👀 tell me more
Sorry this took me so long to get to, I didn't see the notification for your ask :(. So this, basically is what I have on the highschool thing.
For starters, it takes place in a highschool, so it's kind of dripping with a lot of those cliches. Eddie and Marla just moved to Metropolis where Marla's trying to set up a new production company. Eddie's a little socially awkward, but still his mostly cheerful and wants to make friends in the new place self.
Jason's been in Metropolis for about a year, he lives with Talia because him and Bruce don't get along due to some backstory stuff that made him a little angsty and lonerish. So Jason doesn't have many friends in the new place either.
Eddie tries a little too hard to make new friends and gets into some trouble, which gets Jason into some trouble when he tries to help.
There's a lot of leaving eachother letters and little notes where they're sweet and soft while they push eachother into the school pool off page. They join the drama club because Eddie and movies and Jason and drama. There's also helping eachother with family drama curtesy of Eddies parents being huge douches and the Batfamily being about as functional as they are in cannon.
I didn't get very far along in the planning though.
