Feeling Nostalgic (Halloween Festival) | @Daphne
After a while of palm-readings and tarot card fun, Genevieve took a break. Luke took over for her, and she got out of the booth. A bit chilly now that she was out in the open, she muttered a small spell under her breath to warm her body. Instantly the new heat spread across her, and she smiled from the wonderful feeling of both being warm and knowing she was able to conduct these types of spells a lot more easily than she would’ve been able to before introduced to dark magic.
Deciding to check out some of the many other attractions around the Hollow, Genevieve walked lone through the crowds of chatting, laughing people. Though she had gone through this tradition many times before, it was always nice to see everyone having fun and the humans intermingling with her old community. Plus, it never got boring going to see the attractions. They tried to put up new ones every year. Though the one that will always be there was the haunted house. Genevieve remembered a couple years ago when she was a part of it, scaring all the patrons that walked by. A smile touched her lips at the thought.
With that thought in mind, Genevieve turned and veered towards the subject at hand. The haunted house came into view, and lights pulsed around it, “scary” novelty décor coating the entire thing. Feeling nostalgic, Genevieve walked into the haunted house. Strobe lighting of different colors and fog surrounded her. She walked cautiously through, as Genevieve could sometimes get scared easily if unexpecting.
