Halloween Survey
1. Do you believe in ghosts? Yes, I do believe in ghosts. 2. Is a pumpkin a fruit or vegetable? They are considered to be fruit. 3. What's your favorite thing about Halloween? Honestly I love to decorate. My mom used to decorate and it just made it feel more like home and Halloween. She would go all out inside and out. My students love to see the classroom all decorated for Halloween. 4. Will you be pumpkin carving this month? Of course. Ollie and I used to go to the pumpkin patch together to pick out pumpkins and then carve them together. It’s been a while since we’ve gotten to do that so I’d like to revive that tradition. 6. What is your favorite Halloween candy? Reese pumpkins, bats, ghosts. 7. If you were dared to spend the night in a “haunted house”, would you do it? 8. Are you decorating your house? Hell yes! I love to decorate for the holidays no matter where I am. It reminds me of my mom and I’d like to think that she’d be happy that I’m doing some of the things that she used to do. 9. In which country did Halloween originate? I do believe that it originated in Ireland. 10. Are you superstitious? Maybe a little bit. My mom was Irish and she had some superstitions that she really believed in. 11. Would you ever go to a graveyard at night?Probably not alone if I did. 12. Have you ever played with a Ouija Board? If yes, why? If no, why not? No. I never really had the desire to do that. 13. Do you get scared easily? That depends. There are a few things that will scare the crap out of me but I’m not going to reveal just what those are.
