🧟 happy Friday book babes!🧟 • Today's #HallowQueensOct prompt is The Virus; zombies/post apocalyptic setting and I have been slacking hard with this photo challenge and I apologize. I came down ill last week and have been pretty down and out since, but I was able to grab a couple shots that I liked and since I couldn't choose, you get to see all three!🎃💀 • I only recently started watching the Walking Dead with my husband and I have to say I am enjoying it. I have enjoyed zombies for as long as I can remember, or at least zombie video games. I am currently on season four (no spoilers please, despite waiting so long I really am in the dark on what happens in more recent seasons. • #QOTD - how long would you survive in a zombie apocalypse?☠️ • #AOTD - as long as I was with my husband; I think we would do pretty well. ✨happy Sunday book slayers ✨ • I am ever so sick, and I spent more of the last three days resting/watching Netflix with my husband than doing anything else. I was hoping to take some photos this weekend, but I have absolutely zero strength in my body and every time I stand up, I get dizzy. 🎉happy Friday book slayers!🎉 • Today is day twelve of the #HallowQueensOct challenge and today's prompt is death eater, which means it's time for some villain appreciation. I chose the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series because let's be honest, the villains written in this series are written in the most perfect way. They truly add to the story line and make the story so much more compelling. I have such a love for this series I can't begin to explain it (huge shout out to @tmckee94 for showing me this amazing series). I will definitely be doing a re-read of this in the new year. Anyone want to join in?🙈 • #QOTD - Who is your favourite villain, and what makes them your favourite?💀 • #AOTD - I am unsure I could pick an absolute favourite, I have such a love for a good antagonist, as the villains bring so much to each and every story. 🎃only 20 more days until my favourite day of the year!🎃 • Today is day eleven of the #HallowQueensOct challenge, and I today's prompt is creature of the night - favourite vampire🧛. • I chose to feature the Twilight saga, in specifically I chose the short second life of Bree Tanner. I thoroughly enjoyed the Twilight saga but it thrilled me.when Stephanie Myer put this side novella together. Showing there was so much more to the story than what we heard through Bella and Edward's story. 🍂happy Thanksgiving to all my lovely Canadian followers and friends. And happy Monday to those not celebrating Thanksgiving today🍂 • Today is day eight for the #HallowQueensOct challenge and today is a book/character/author you're thankful for. Today I chose the lovely @sheaernshaw and her first book, #TheWickedDeep. Shea is an unbelievable author and I was instantly swept away by her entrancing story (if you haven't read it add it to the top of your TBR!). But the main reason I am thankful for Shea is that she is an outstanding human being. I can't explain how excited I get when she takes time out of her day to interact with me, respond to my tweets and comments, and like my photos. The fact that she cares about her fans so immensely gives me such a respect and love for this amazing woman, and has made a lifetime fan girl out of me. Laini Taylor has made such a fangirl out of me, after reading the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series I was hooked on her work and you best believe everything she writes will be in my library. Kelley Armstrong has been one of my favourites for over 10 years after I discovered her Darkness Rising series and demolished it in a matter of days.
