there r several jobs enderman can take on in their huddles (groups) like a florist, a guard, a mage, a hunter, all that
a group of endermen is called a huddle since they often huddle together for comfort. they tend to be nervous (and like orcas are very family oriented) so they huddle with loved ones for comfort
mage endermen are able to actually Use enchanting magic with their bodies instead of having to use an enchantment table like crafters .. they often use it to heal others or make plants grow (myrtle is a healing mage, bracken is a herb mage!)
theyre often named after plants since plants r a very important part of their culture. plants were the first organisms other than endermen to be created by erebus and aether so they see plants as an equal and treat them with a lot of respect! there r many gardens all around the end and a whole huddle will often go to one as a fun day visit
they have garden competitions ! all in good fun, and endermen like to exchange tips on gardening and flower breeding during the competitions
they have other competitions like hunting competitions (go to the overworld and catch as much prey as possible, then a massive feast) and magic competitions (all different kinda mages compete to see who has the best magic, there different sub-awards too!)
