Ingredients: 1 lb bowtie pasta. 2 cups diced ham. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 4 tbsp unsalted butter. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking constantly until smooth and thickened. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Combine cooked pasta, diced ham, and cheese sauce in a large bowl, mixing until well coated. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
