Indulge in the quintessential Parisian experience with this delightful pairing of warm, buttery croissants filled with creamy brie cheese and savory prosciutto or smoked salmon. Accompanied by sweet grapes and a glass of rich Bordeaux red wine, this elegant combination is perfect for a leisurely brunch or an evening soiree.
Ingredients: 2 fresh croissants. 100g brie cheese. 100g prosciutto or smoked salmon. 1 small bunch of grapes. 1 bottle of Bordeaux red wine.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Slice the croissants in half horizontally. Spread brie cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer prosciutto or smoked salmon on top of the cheese. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warmed through. Meanwhile, wash the grapes and set them aside. Once the croissants are done, remove them from the oven. Serve the warm croissants with a side of fresh grapes and a glass of Bordeaux red wine. Enjoy!
